Pay per Job AI quality review
Free deterministic PO technical inspection does not require an account. Optional AI Quality Review is priced per eligible PO file, from USD $10. The exact price is calculated and displayed before purchase. Payment is one-time, with no subscription or customer-facing credit packages. Eligible files are limited to 1,000 active entries and 200 KiB, subject to the processing limit verified before purchase. Public paid checkout is not yet open. The offer reviews existing translations; it does not promise automatic translation, complete defect detection or production correctness. You remain responsible for approval and testing. An uncertain or failed provider attempt requires support reconciliation before another attempt. Existing historical credit terms continue to apply to historical purchases.
Supplier and scope
Turel.io is operated by HTR Dış Ticaret A.Ş., an Istanbul-based business working globally. These terms govern the Turel.io website, the global Turel.io account, and commercial products made available by Turel.io, including PO Reviewer.
PO Reviewer is a digital software service for inspecting Gettext PO files, conducting optional AI-assisted translation review, recording human review decisions, and generating PO, MO, and ZIP localization artifacts. Accounts
Account creation is free. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials and sessions, and activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Your content
You remain responsible for PO files, translations, glossary entries, translation-memory material, and other content you submit, including confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed to process that content. You retain your rights in your content.
You authorize HTR Dış Ticaret A.Ş. and the service providers used to operate PO Reviewer to host, copy, transmit, analyze, transform, and generate files from that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service. Our handling of content and service providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use the services unlawfully; infringe another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; submit malicious content; attempt unauthorized access; bypass usage or security controls; interfere with service operation; probe for vulnerabilities without authorization; or use the service to harm others. We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate protective action.
Historical PO Reviewer credit purchases
The credit provisions in this section apply only to historical purchases and balances, not to new Pay per Job reviews.
PO inspection and a usage quote are free. Historical AI review offers required a one-time purchase of prepaid PO Reviewer credits and had a minimum charge of 250 credits. There was no subscription, and account creation included no free AI credits.
Purchased credits do not expire and remain available until used. They are specific to PO Reviewer, non-transferable between accounts, cannot be resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits consumed by completed AI review processing are normally non-refundable. Refund eligibility and billing-error handling are described in the Refund Policy.
AI-assisted output and human responsibility
AI-assisted findings and translations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context. PO Reviewer is designed to support, not replace, human review. You are responsible for approving, editing, or rejecting suggestions and for validating exported PO, MO, and ZIP files before relying on or deploying them.
Payments and Merchant of Record
When checkout becomes available, Paddle will act as Merchant of Record for Paddle-processed purchases. Paddle processes the order, payment, applicable taxes, receipt, and approved refund through its own terms and privacy practices. Turel.io does not receive or store full payment-card details.
HTR Dış Ticaret A.Ş. remains responsible for PO Reviewer product access, functionality, credit fulfillment, and product support. Contact info@turel.io for product or account assistance. Paddle's order-support channels may be used for payment, receipt, tax, and Paddle-processed refund matters. Checkout is not currently open to customers.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. We may maintain, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services when reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. Current product descriptions and pricing will be published on the relevant Turel.io pages.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, material breach of these terms, security risk, harm to the service or others, or legal requirements. Suspension or termination does not turn consumed credits into refundable credits. The treatment of an entirely unused purchased package remains governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including responsibility for prior use, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue after termination.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the services and AI-assisted output are provided on an “as available” basis without promises that every translation issue will be detected or corrected or that generated files will be suitable for every environment. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HTR Dış Ticaret A.Ş. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to direct and reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability arising from fraud or willful misconduct.
