How staff manage court bookings
The current workspace connects the player directory with court reservations. Staff check the schedule, save a booking against current availability and return to the same record when plans change.

Find or add a player
Search the player directory and maintain member or guest records. For an existing roster, upload CSV or XLSX data, map the columns and review errors and likely duplicates before importing the reviewed players.

Review the court schedule
Choose a day and review reservations by court in the selected branch. Bookings, lessons and scheduled matches use shared court availability, so staff can see what already occupies court time.

Create or cancel a reservation
Select a court, time and players to create a staff-managed, no-charge booking. Availability is checked when the booking is saved. Cancelling releases the court while retaining the booking history.

Review membership and operations
Maintain dated membership periods and review operational reports for a selected date range, including bookings, cancellations and court usage. Export the report as CSV for further review.

A practical core, with clear limits
Authorized existing clubs can use the staff workspace. Assisted onboarding and the recurring management offer for new clubs are still being prepared. Contact us to discuss your requirements and demo availability; there is no public self-service club registration or unrestricted workspace access.
- Staff court bookings are no-charge reservations. The workspace does not collect online booking payments.
- Membership tools maintain dated periods. Automatic billing and online checkout are not available.
- Manual receivables are operational records, not online payment processing or a complete accounting system.
- Communications creates copyable drafts. It does not send messages.
- Academy currently covers lesson scheduling and attendance, not a complete paid academy product.

A standalone Tennis Tournaments commercial offer is still in development. Public event registration and event payments are not offered here.
